Section 10851 of the Research and Development, Competition, and Innovation Act (Public Law 117–167; 136 Stat. 1753) is amended— (1) in subsection (b), by striking, increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM,; and (2) in subsection (c)(2), by striking diverse and inserting robust and capable.
