Appropriations for historically Black colleges and universities, Tribal colleges and universities, and minority-serving institutions

(a) In General Section 371(b)(1)(A) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1067q(b)(1)(A)) is amended by striking $255,000,000 and all that follows through the period and inserting $510,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter.. (b) Allocation and allotment Section 371(b)(2)(A) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1067q(b)(2)(A)) is amended— (1) in clause (i), by striking 100,000,000 and inserting 200,000,000; (2) in clause (ii), by striking 100,000,000 and inserting 200,000,000; and (3) in clause (iii), by striking 55,000,000 and inserting 110,000,000.
