Task force on best practices for trauma-informed identification, referral, and support

Section 7132 of the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act (Public Law 115–271; 132 Stat. 4046) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(1)— (A) by redesignating subparagraph (CC) as subparagraph (DD); and (B) by inserting after subparagraph (BB) the following: (CC) The Administration for Community Living.; (2) in subsection (d)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting, developmental disability service providers before, individuals who are; and (3) in subsection (i), by striking 2023 and inserting 2030.
