In this Act: (1) Broadcast station The term broadcast station has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 153). (2) Commission The term Commission means the Federal Communications Commission. (3) Owned by socially disadvantaged individuals The term owned by socially disadvantaged individuals has the meaning given the term in section 346(a) of the Communications Act of 1934, as added by section 5(a)(1) of this Act.
