(a) Establishment The Secretary shall establish within the Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of Community Violence Intervention (in this title referred to as the Office), to be headed by a director. (b) Duties The Secretary shall delegate to the Director of the Office responsibility for implementing the provisions of this title. (c) Reservation Of the amount made available to carry out this title for a fiscal year, the Secretary shall reserve not more than 5 percent for the administrative expenses of the Office.
