Review by Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States of transactions in real estate near intelligence community facilities

(a) In general Section 721(a)(4) of the Defense Production Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. 4565(a)(4)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (B)(ii)(II)(bb)(AA), by inserting, facility owned or operated by an element of the intelligence community, after military installation; and (2) in subparagraph (C)(ii), by inserting, facility owned or operated by an element of the intelligence community, after military installation. (b) Applicability The amendments made by subsection (a) apply with respect to transactions proposed or pending on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
