Not later than 30 days after enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall issue updated draft National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program Guidance for public comment: Provided, That not later than 120 days after enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall issue final NEVI Formula Program Guidance.
