The Secretary shall submit to the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations information on the number of certificates issued by training providers on the training provider registry not later than 90 days after enactment of this Act and bi-annually after initial submission of such information: Provided, That the Secretary shall submit a plan to the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations, including any resource requirements, on how the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration will conduct regular audits of the training provider registry not later than 120 days after enactment of this Act.
