Section 1001(a)(27) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (34 U.S.C. 10261(a)(27)) is amended— (1) by striking $103,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 and 2018, and; and (2) by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2026 through 2030.
