Definitions

In this Act: (1) Appropriate congressional committees The term appropriate congressional committees means the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives. (2) Russian aggressor state sovereign asset The term Russian aggressor state sovereign asset has the meaning given such term in section 2 of the REPO for Ukrainians Act (division F of Public Law 118–50; 22 U.S.C. 9521 note).
