Section 3 of the Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Act (Public Law 117–105) is amended— (1) in subsection (b), by inserting and annually thereafter, after of this Act,; and (2) in subsection (c), by striking 2022 through 2024 and inserting 2025 through 2029.
