Annually, the Administrator shall submit to the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Oversight and Accountability of the House of Representatives a report relating to the carrying out of this Act, detailing adherence to the policy of the United States described in section 2 and the Guiding Principles.
