Section 636 of the Head Start Act (42 U.S.C. 9831) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking children's growth and inserting the growth of infants, toddlers, and children; and (2) in paragraph (2)— (A) by striking children and inserting infants, toddlers, children,; and (B) by inserting mental health, before educational.
