(a) Delegation of authority Section 212(n)(5)(F) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(n)(5)(F)) is amended by striking Department of Justice and inserting Department of Homeland Security. (b) Petitions for certain nonimmigrant visas Section 214(c) of such Act (8 U.S.C. 1184(c)) is amended by striking Attorney General each place such term appears and inserting Secretary of Homeland Security.
