Educational materials for covered entities and health care professionals

Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in consultation with the Secretary of Labor, shall develop and disseminate education materials for— (1) covered entities with respect to the compliance of such entities with the requirements under this Act; and (2) health care professionals to inform such professionals of their rights and protections under this Act.
