Codification of existing methodology for community eligibility provision schools

Section 11(a)(1)(F) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1759a(a)(1)(F)) is amended— (1) in clause (i), by striking or successor regulations and inserting as in effect on the date of enactment of the School Meals for Healthy Kids Act of 2025; (2) by striking clause (vii) and inserting the following: (vii) Multiplier For each school year, the multiplier shall be 1.6.; and (3) in clause (xi), by striking subclause (III).
