Notwithstanding 31 U.S.C. 1535(d), Federal agencies ordering services from the Office of Evaluation Sciences pursuant to the Economy Act (31 U.S.C. 1535) are not required to deobligate funds obligated on such orders to the extent that the Office of Evaluation Sciences has not incurred obligations before the end of the period of availability of such funds.
