For an additional amount for National Historical Publications and Records Commission Grants Program, $14,344,000 shall be available until one year after the date of enactment of this Act, which shall be for initiatives in the amounts and for the projects specified in the table that appears under the heading Administrative Provision—National Archives and Records Administration in the report accompanying this Act: Provided, That none of the funds made available by this section may be transferred for any other purpose.
