(a) Transfer of funds The appropriations, allocations, and other funds that relate to the authorities, functions and agencies transferred under section 4 shall be transferred to the Federal Food Administration. (b) Authorization of appropriations There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section, such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter.
