Increase of maximum amount of incentive pay for Department pharmacist executives

Section 7410(b) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking $40,000 and inserting $100,000; and (2) in paragraph (6)— (A) by striking Special and inserting (A) Special; (B) by striking bonuses and; and (C) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (B) Recruitment, relocation, or retention bonuses under subsections (a) and (b) of section 706 of this title and critical skills incentives under subsection (d) of such section shall be excluded from the calculation of the limitation under subparagraph (A)..
