There is authorized to be appropriated to the Department of State $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2026 through 2035 for the purpose of carrying out the Critical Mineral Mining Fellowship Program and the Visiting Mining Scholars Program established pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961, as added by sections 4 and 5.
