(a) Agency head responsibilities Subsection (a) of section 1007 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: Each agency head shall establish uniform administrative guidelines and management controls to ensure compliance with the Dismantle DEI Act of 2025.. (b) Compliance Subsection (b) of section 1007 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (2), by striking and at the end; (2) in paragraph (3), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (4) ensure compliance with the Dismantle DEI Act of 2025..
