(a) In general Paragraph (3) of section 845(c) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 415(c)) is repealed. (b) Coast Guard Section 1903(d)(2) of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking, including diversity, inclusion, and issues regarding women specifically.
