In subtitles A and B: (1) Commission The term Commission means the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. (2) Employer The term employer has the meaning given the term in section 701 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000e), as amended by section 202 of this Act.
