In this Act: (1) Administrator The term Administrator means the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration. (2) Advanced air mobility The term advanced air mobility has the meaning given such term in section 951 of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024 (49 U.S.C. 40101 note). (3) FAA The term FAA means the Federal Aviation Administration.
