Subsection (h) of section 6071 of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 1396a note) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)— (A) in subparagraph (I), by inserting and after the semicolon; (B) in subparagraph (J), by inserting and each fiscal year thereafter before the semicolon; and (C) by striking subparagraphs (K) and (L); and (2) in paragraph (3), by striking through fiscal year 2029.
