(a) In general Section 1631(a) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1383(a)) is amended by striking paragraph (10). (b) Conforming amendment Section 1631(a)(1) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 1383(a)(1)) is amended by striking (subject to paragraph (10)).
