The Commission shall require divestiture pursuant to section 202, as applicable, if in a regional beef market or in a national beef market— (1) the HHI exceeds 1800; (2) the CR4 exceeds 50 percent; or (3) any covered meatpacking enterprise has a market share of 30 percent or more.
