Sense of Congress

It is the sense of Congress that the United States Government should— (1) investigate allegations of systemic forced organ harvesting in the People’s Republic of China, including incidents involving Falun Gong practitioners; and (2) condemn illegal, coercive, non-consensual, or non-transparent organ procurement and transplantation practices, including forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience.
