Publication of estimates regarding communications collected under certain provisions of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978

Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall publish a good faith estimate of— (1) the number of United States persons whose communications are collected under section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1881a); or (2) the number of communications collected under such section to which a party is a person located in the United States at the time of communication.
