Section 4 of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (52 U.S.C. 20503) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: (c) Application of Internet voter registration rules Notwithstanding subsection (b), the following provisions shall apply to a State described in paragraph (2) thereof: (1) Section 6A (as added by section 101(a) of the Voter Registration Modernization Act of 2026). (2) Section 8(a)(1)(D) (as added by section 101(c)(1) of the Voter Registration Modernization Act of 2026). (3) Section 8(a)(5) (as amended by section 101(c)(2) of the Voter Registration Modernization Act of 2026), but only to the extent such provision relates to section 6A. (4) Section 8(j) (as added by section 104 of the Voter Registration Modernization Act of 2026), but only to the extent such provision relates to section 6A..
