Section 179 of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12639) is amended— (1) by redesignating subsection (n) as subsection (o); and (2) by inserting after subsection (m) the following: (n) Evaluation transparency On the issuance of any Notice of Funding Opportunity for financial assistance under the national service laws, the Corporation shall make available to the public a rubric generalizing the criteria used for evaluation of the recipients..
