Advanced Reactor Demonstration Program

Section 959A of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 is amended— (1) by redesignating subsection (f) as subsection (g); and (2) by inserting after subsection (e) the following: (f) Office of Nuclear Energy (1) In general The program established under subsection (b) shall be administered by the Office of Nuclear Energy of the Department. (2) Deadline Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Deployment Act of 2026, the Secretary shall take such actions as are necessary to carry out paragraph (1)..
