Definition of automatic telephone dialing system

Section 227(a)(1) of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 227(a)(1)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by inserting or a list of telephone numbers after using a random or sequential number generator; and (2) in subparagraph (B), by inserting successively without human intervention after to dial such numbers.
