Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act (15 U.S.C. 717b) is amended— (1) in subsection (e)(3)— (A) in subparagraph (A), by striking find and inserting finds; (B) in subparagraph (B), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking Before January 1, 2015, the and inserting The; and (C) by striking subparagraph (C); and (2) by adding at the end the following: (g) Public interest finding In carrying out a finding of public interest under subsection (a), the Commission may not consider any environmental factors pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.)..
