(a) Designation as high priority corridor Section 1105(c) of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (Public Law 102–240; 105 Stat. 2032; 135 Stat. 596) is amended by adding at the end the following: (103) United States Route 287 from State Highway 87 in Port Arthur, Texas, to United States Route 89 in Choteau, Montana.. (b) Designation and numbering as Interstate Section 1105(e)(5) of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Act of 1991 (Public Law 102–240; 109 Stat. 597; 135 Stat. 598) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), in the first sentence, by striking and subsection (c)(102) and inserting subsection (c)(102), and subsection (c)(103); and (2) in subparagraph (C)(i), by adding at the end the following: The route referred to in subsection (c)(103) is designated as Interstate Route I–47..
