Digital accessibility and mobile-friendly design standards

The system described under this Act shall comply with— (1) relevant digital accessibility standards established pursuant to section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794d); and (2) section 3559 of title 44, United States Code, if the system were operated by an agency in the executive branch.
