Section 614(d)(1)(B) (20 U.S.C. 1414(d)(1)(B)) is amended— (1) in clause (v), by striking (vi); and inserting (vii);; (2) in clause (vi), by striking and at the end; (3) by redesignating clause (vii) as clause (viii); and (4) by inserting after clause (vi) the following: (vii) at the discretion of the parent or the agency, a representative of a State- operated, State-supported, or State-aided school for the deaf; and.
