Nothing in this Act may be construed to limit— (1) any authority of the Department of Justice or the Commission under the antitrust laws, section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 45), or any other provision of law; (2) any right guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States, including under the First Amendment; or (3) the application of any law.
