Tolerance level for excluding small errors

Section 16(c)(1)(A)(ii)(II) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2025(c)(1)(A)(ii)(II)) is amended— (1) by striking thereafter, the amount and inserting the following: thereafter— (aa) the amount; (2) in item (aa) (as so designated), by striking the period at the end and inserting; or; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (bb) in the case of households that reside in a region for which cost adjustments in the thrifty food plan are made under section 3(u)(3)(A), 20 percent of the maximum allotment for a 1-person household in that region..
