Employment authority

(a) In general Section 3 of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (12 U.S.C. 635a), as amended by section 10, is further amended by adding at the end the following: (q) Employment authority The Board may compensate not more than 150 employees of the Bank without regard to the provisions of chapter 51 or subchapter III or VIII of chapter 53 of title 5, United States Code.. (b) Conforming repeal Section 117 of the Export Enhancement Act of 1992 (Public Law 102–429; 12 U.S.C. 635a note) is repealed.
