Except as explicitly provided otherwise, nothing in this Act shall be construed to preempt, modify, limit, or supersede— (1) any provision of Federal or State law; or (2) the authority of the Federal Trade Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, or any other Federal agency.
