Section 1130(d)(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2024 (33 U.S.C. 2326 note; Public Law 118–272) is amended— (1) by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; (2) by striking to the maximum extent practicable, prioritize and inserting the following: “to the maximum extent practicable— (A) prioritize; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (B) be developed for a period of not less than 20 years..
