Harmful algal bloom demonstration program

Section 128 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (33 U.S.C. 610 note; Public Law 116–260) is amended— (1) in subsection (c)— (A) in paragraph (15), by striking and at the end; (B) in paragraph (16), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (C) by adding at the end the following: (17) lakes and reservoirs in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.; (2) in subsection (e), in the first sentence, by striking $35,000,000 and inserting $45,000,000; and (3) in subsection (f)(4), by striking or early detection of and inserting early detection, mitigation, or treatment of.
