Section 133 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (33 U.S.C. 2327a) is amended by adding at the end the following: (h) Implementation The Secretary may apply the terms of this section to the rehabilitation of an eligible pump station evaluated in— (1) a general or limited reevaluation of the associated flood or coastal storm risk management project; or (2) a study of modifications to the associated flood or coastal storm risk management project..
