Section 303 of the Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments of 1996 (33 U.S.C. 1263a) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(2), by inserting, including operations and maintenance for emergency repairs when necessary before the period at the end; and (2) by striking subsection (e) and inserting the following: (e) Authorization of appropriations There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2030..
