Definitions

In this title: (1) Meat The term meat means meat (within the meaning of the Federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 601 et seq.)). (2) Meat food product The term meat food product has the meaning given the term in section 1 of the Federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 601). (3) Poultry; poultry product The terms poultry and poultry product have the meanings given those terms in section 4 of the Poultry Products Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 453). (4) Processed food The term processed food has the meaning given the term in section 201 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 321).
