Nothing in this Act may be construed to limit— (1) any authority of the Department of Justice or the Commission under the antitrust laws (as defined in the first section of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. 12)), the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 41 et seq.), or any other provision of law; (2) the application of any other provision of law; or (3) any equitable remedies available under any other provision of law.
