(a) Bonus depreciation The authority provided by section 3 terminates on the day that is 5 years after the date of enactment of this Act. (b) Workforce development activities The authority provided by this Act (other than section 3) and the amendments made by section 2 terminates on the day that is 5 years after the date of enactment of this Act.
