Section 2623 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300ff–31b) is amended by adding at the end the following: (c) Additional funding for AIDS drug assistance program treatments In addition to amounts otherwise authorized to be appropriated for carrying out this subpart, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out sections 2612(b)(3)(B) and 2616 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2030..
